About: Outpatients Services / MSK Physiotherapy Outpatients

(as a service user),

This has been a fantastic expereince...being able to self refer without waiting for GP. Got notification referral had been received within few days. Appointment was easy to arrange. And able to see someone in a good timescale. Everyone helpful and tone of survey and communication was less formal more considerate than often is case with mediacl appointments.  Wanted to pass on how impressed I have been with this service. Thank you.
