"a great service in a great facility filled with heartwarming staff"

My mother in law recently had laser treatment on her eyes for Glaucoma in Shankil wellbeing centre.

As she was nervous about the appointment, I went along with her. She was welcomed by a lovely member of staff at the desk and the waiting area was clean and bright and comfortable.

The appointment itself was just under an hour and I was able to sit and wait at the seating area downstairs. While I was there I noticed many people coming for appointments and every member of staff who talked to them had a smile on their face and was kind and welcoming. It was a lovely reminder of how caring our health professionals are. 

I was really impressed with the centre and how bright and airy it was. 

My mother in law found the appointment really helpful and said that the procedure was more pleasant than she expected and that the staff had been very reassuring of her fears and worries. 

All in all, a great service in a great facility filled with heartwarming staff.
