Anything else?
The hospital expects and promotes the involvement in local funeral directors and gave out misleading and incomplete advice on funeral arrangements. It was slow to react to a lawful request of the legal requirements of burial and kept directing our family to use a funeral director service even though this was expensive and not wished for by our deceased relative. The deceased does not belong to the Hospital and the release of the deceased body should be handled in a quick and sensitive way. It does not require funeral directors who seem to have a very close working relationship with the staff.
