"The kindness, professionalism and compassion of staff"

About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8) Perth Royal Infirmary / Urology

(as a service user),

I was in for a couple of days for a urological procedure on Ward 7 of PRI. The staff made all the difference to my stay. In spite of being very busy they all had time for the people in their care and showed real kindness and professionalism. Their humour was also much appreciated! 

I'd particularly like to mention the students I came across, especially the student nurse on Ward 7 and the medical student I met in theatre. I'm sure they will be a real asset to their chosen professions. 

Thanks to all. You are a credit to the NHS.
