"The reception staff are the most unhelpful people"

I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks to see a doctor, I can't physically call them at 8am as I am on the school run and it's not safe to call while i'm driving, I have been told to sign up to the online system which i have but you cannot book an appointment on there it tells you to call the surgery. Every time i call i am told there are no appointments or telephone appointment and to call back in a few days. I have explained the situation to the receptionist and literally begged her to help me at least speak to someone and i was told i need to call back in a few days.

The reception staff have no empathy for people at all, they all sound like they hate their job and i can understand why people get cross with them.
