About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Booked an appointment for implant removal - I was petrified as when I had it inserted, the nurse didn’t numb me enough and I felt everything (this was at a different clinic)

The receptionist was so lovely and reassuring so I felt better after I checked in. The nurses were equally as lovely and made sure I had enough numbing injections so I couldn’t feel a thing. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt very cared for.
