"No stone was left unturned"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Accident & Emergency Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

This was a very scary day for my family, with my dad collapsing at a funeral with a suspected heart attack.  An ambulance was called and was there in record time and worked on my dad for an hour before he was stable to be conveyed to Ninewells.

The ambulance crew were amazing with my dad and mum and can’t thank them enough.

The staff at A&E were superb. Junior Doctor Tina gets a special mention for her lovely bedside manner and her professionalism and also Specialist Registrar David.

No stone was left unturned and can’t thank them enough for looking after us all so well. Keep up the good work, you don’t get enough credit which is why i wanted to post this story.

Dear robintd47

Thank you for sharing your story. It is lovely to read that you are happy with all the care that your dad received at, what must have been, a very worrying time.

If you would like me to pass on your thanks to the ambulance crew may I ask that you contact our Patient Experience Team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your name, Care Opinion name, your dad's name and the address and date we attended.

I do hope he is recovering well.

Kindest regards

David
