"The group has been very useful"

I found group a really kind, nurturing environment. It has been a safe place to talk. Kat and Rachel were both Lovely! Approachable. Caring. Kind. Knowledgeable. Patient!!! I have found it helpful to learn new skills and expressing examples, having moments to reflect and discuss, and having the workbooks to take away!

I personally  didn't find the role play helpful. I would find it more helpful using roleplay example to discuss which skill most appropriate which scenario.

I would also like more time one-on-one (hard with group!) I would recommend offering a short one-to-one end of session or for those struggling to talk.

The group has been very useful. It has hepled me to become much more tolerant of others and less anxious. I Feel more useful.

The facilitators are both very calm. Patient, knowledgeable. Honest. Happy to apply skills to themselves. Very easy to trust. Fantastic!

The course is a brilliant option for those willing! Any failing are a reflection of those not willing to be honest and to accept help. The course involves work. I think it's worth ensuring those people are not a reflection of the course or ladies running it.
