The triage system is too rigid. While attending the practice I wanted to make a doctor appointment. I was informed that I had to fill in a triage form, but to do it online tomorrow as today was all allocated. Went online at 10 (can't go online before) the following day and triage was suspended as was full. My concern is that the elderly and disabled might be unable to fill in the online form (if its available) and the call back system can easily fail as I missed the call back and had to start the process again.
