One particular receptionist on duty is humiliating, rude and arrogant. She was condescending because I had not remembered some information they needed. And not only made me feel humiliated but also sad at the total lack of concern for the patient. It all seemed to be about me giving the correct information and not the customer. My whole visit there was spoilt but a total lack of treating people with dignity and respect. When I questioned this behaviour a nurse came and said my comments were rude. No my comments were justified and warranted, I will not be spoken to like this. The NHS needs a good shake up in every department.
