I went to the Urgent Care Service at the Victoria Hospital. Everyone was very friendly and nice. My issue had started in the afternoon that day and it was now nearly midnight.

The Emergency Nurse practitioner - Fiona was excellent.

She had looked over my notes and was informed and knowledgeable about my issues. She was caring, empathic and made a difficult situation  - much easier to deal with. I felt well cared for and able to understand what was happening.
