Who knew that getting an injection could be such a great experience?! I booked online to get the booster for my mum and dad and myself. We were booked for the Saturday. At 9am I got a phone call from Nuala: the system shouldn’t have let us book yet because the vaccines weren’t arriving until Monday.
She gave me their phone number and told me to phone on Monday to check the vaccines had arrived and then we could come over. She handled the call in such a professional and friendly manner that I didn’t feel irritated by the change in plans. I phoned at 9am on Monday and by 11.30 the 3 of us were vaccinated!
Nuala, Gillian and Christina were so lovely and so caring. They put on masks as soon as they saw us (we wear masks), were good fun as well as efficient, and the injections were pain-free! A huge thank you to them for their great care.
