"Very supportive neurology team"

I was referred to the neurology team at Chelsea and Westminster by my GP for a nerve assessment. i saw Dr Redwood who was very supportive and easy to talk to. in her assessment she realised that i also occasionally suffer from migraines and so kindly decided to keep me on as a patient to monitor my migraines and headaches even after the nerve issue had been sorted. i am glad she did so because i had many health issues at this time wich eventually made my migraines much more frequent. 

i want to think Dr redwood and her neurology colleague as well as the reception and admin staff for always being so kind and supportive to me even at times when they must have been very busy (like during the pandemic). they have always involved me in decision about my care, been patients at times when  i was  under a lot of stress and found it very scary to attend NHS appointment and fixed/clarified things when mix up happened (wrong appointent date being sent in letters for ex).

in the past 7 years having to go to many NHS appointment Dr Redwood and her team have been one of the rare ones to treat me with respect and for that i will be forever grateful.
