"Patient, kind and responsive"

I hear nothing but complaints about GP services so I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the service provided to me.

Over the past 12 months I have gone through a pregnancy and birth. Although my experience would probably seem smooth to most, for me it was a very physically and mentally taxing experience. I had to contact my GP much more frequently than usual.

On all occasions, including postnatally, the reception staff and GPs who helped me were nothing but patient, kind and responsive. It pains me to think of the pressures they are under and the stress they face but despite this, I am really happy with the care I continue to receive. I feel lucky to have them as the primary caregivers for myself and my family.
