"Gratitude for the commitment and kindness"

About: Adult mental health / Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all of the crisis team staff who have supported me at the end of last year through crisis and to express my gratitude for the commitment and kindness and for holding the hope for me when I couldn’t do so myself.

In particular I would like to thank Fran, Nikki, Claire, Laura, Amy & all of the night staff for just how amazing they were when I was under the team, but that also includes all the members of staff I came across as well and just a massive thank you to all for how incredible you have all been towards supporting me when I needed it the most.

Without that support, I really do believe I would be in a very different place than I am today. However, the time and effort that was above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere, that as a team was put into building my trust, getting to know and understand what I needed along the way and allowing me to learn to accept that help as well when I felt like I couldn’t let anyone in, was really helpful when I have been under the crisis team.

No matter what state of mind I was in when I have come to be under the service a few times in the past, I have always been greeted with the most wonderful, compassionate and supportive care that I didn’t even know I needed and for that I will always remember and be grateful to have had their support in the times I felt so alone and needing some help to get me back on track.

Thank you all, every single one of the team, for all the hard work and dedication to my treatment.

Forever grateful.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.

Thank you so much for your feedback it was so lovely to read we really appreciate the time you took. I'm going to make sure all the team get to see this feedback. Compassion and support is often all we ask for in times of crises. I particularly love the words you said about hope and how they held your hope when you couldn't.

Thank you so much and I really hope you continue to recover.

Best Wishes

My pleasure and the very least I could do for what the CRHTT at Antalope did for myself.

I appreciate you passing it on and thank you again.
