(as a relative),

We would like to thank Sandra, Community Specialist Respiratory Nurse for the service she provided to my Dad since he returned home in June 2022 until he sadly passed away 2 weeks ago.

She greatly supported my Dad to have the best quality of life he could have and was a great source of information and reassurance to us all. Thank you so much for being there for all of us at a very challenging and emotional time.

Dear CT1974,

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your father and appreciate you taking time to share your experience through what must be a very difficult period.

It is always good to hear that our services and support has helped, and we are grateful to receive such positive feedback. We will share your story with Sandra and her team as we are always keen to let them know the impact and importance of their work and commitment.
