About: Glenfield Hospital

Whilst the NHS Leicester hospitals are doing their best to care and support patients with ailments and conditions I would like to raise an issue I find myself in. I lost my voice in 2019 and my world is finding things that are took for granted are now a problem. If I needed emergency help the only way this can happen is to phone, this is a big concern for me and I speak for others in the same situation I cannot use a phone. Now if someone is with me there is no problem but if I am on my own then it is a big problem because I can’t raise the alarm. I want to help and just suggest that there is an emergency email service where there are jobs to respond directly to emails. This could be extended to all the emergency services.
