About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / General Surgery Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as a service user),

After recent surgery I became unwell. After visiting my GP I was advised to attend ward 208.

Once there staff struggled to get bloods due to how dehydrated I was, however were determined and got there in the end.

An urgent CT scan was arranged and within a few hours I had a better understanding of what was going on.

I want to say a huge thank you, especially to the nurses and healthcare support workers who looked after me. You were all so amazing and lovely. I couldn’t have asked for a better care team ❤️. Thank you.
