"I am so grateful for this service"

About: NHS 24 / Breathing Space (Phoneline)

(as a service user),

I recently got in touch with Breathing space due to increased anxiety and feeling on the verge of a panic attack. I used the web chat service and was connected with Rosie. Rosie was very helpful, made feel at ease and made it easy for me to open up and explain how I have been feeling and how things have been lately that have caused struggles with my mental health. By the end of our conversation I felt a lot calmer and able to deal with things. I am so grateful for this service and how much it can make a difference.
