I am disappointed in the way the interviews are going i.e. patient panels. For the last few years, the interviews have been run by the previous team responsible , who treat the patients with the upmost respect and always give you a good day and always give you the panels decision on who gets the job in a timely manner.
But now you don’t know how the staff are going to be and the panels can be 3 of 4 different teams. There is a lack of communication and lack of information where as before we had everything organised in advance.
I don’t like how its run now and I feel if it carries on like this, I will have no choice but to stop doing panels which I don’t want to do but it causes too much hassle and it’s making me feel frustrated.
Please go back to how it was last year with just the previous staff doing them and I think it would be good for the head of patient involvement to get together with the remaining patient interviewees to disclose concerns.
