Mindfulness at The Fern Centre with Paul...so calming and thought provoking. I hadn't realised I was so wound up until I followed Paul's suggestions and felt the tension subside. Time seems to stand still. A great session and looking forward to more on a monthly basis.

It's lovely to read that you found it so calming and thought provoking.
