(as a service user),

My wife of 61 years needed extra care for reasons of health problems and out of the blue Carrie came to our home and from an independent point of view gave my wife and I excellent advice to enable us to so all we can to live many more years together. Thank you.

What was good? - Carrie really did care for us.
