Nottingham Recovery College are brilliant. I have done several courses with them and am about to do 4 more.

I do them all online which is a blessing as I have difficulty getting out of the house due to anxiety.

Thanks to years of emotional abuse I was subjected to I not only have anxiety but also social anxiety. The online courses are helping me with that.

I don't feel any pressure from the members as I feel although they don't know my complete story, they understand me and I can be myself as I'm learning to be myself.

I am so glad I was provided with the opportunity to be part of Recovery College as they are being a huge part of my healing journey in a very positive way.

Anyone who is lucky to participate in Recovery College Courses, I hope will benefit from them as much as I have.
