"I am really grateful with the help I am getting"

About: Community Therapy Services / Nottingham West Community Therapy

(as a service user),

After having a Hip Replacement and a pelvis repair, I have trouble walking too far and with having a fall a while a go I lost my confidence to go out on my own.

With helpers walking with me an getting me a walking frame I can use that and my walking stick on a short walk.

I am really grateful with the help I am getting and soon be able to have a walk on my own. i am glad that i can get out.
