I nervously went to ward 302 recently for a procedure: a micro laryngoscopy biopsy.
From the time I entered the ward all staff were on the ball, polite, caring and friendly and put me at my ease. I was so impressed how they had such a busy ward running like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their jobs and made room for other staff members to get theirs done. I can’t say enough good things about this ward and want to thank everyone there for their kind care.
