"Kind and thoughtful staff reassured me"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

Staff so helpful and professional throughout. Explained every step of procedure reasurring me. Dr Alex and assistences in theatre made me feel relaxed. They even sang happy birthday to me which was lovely and so thoughtful.  Christian who looked after me before and after procedure was so pleasant, reassuring and professional in her role. An excellent service in the Western Trust. Such a busy department but staff so well organised and great with patients it made the procedure less daunting.
