About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Urgent Care and Treatment Centre

(as a carer),

My elderly Mum attended OHPCC Minor Injuries a fewweeks ago after a fall. From when she entered the department, she was made to feel at ease, and everything that was going to happen was explained to her clearly. Colm the specialist nurse and all the team looked after her with great care, kindness & professionalism. 

Thank you for the outstanding service you provide!

My name is Ann Marie Conlon and I am the Falls Integrated Pathway Co-ordinator within the Western Health and Social Care Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the service received through Care Opinion. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received.

It was reassuring to learn that your mother was treated with great care, kindness and professionalism and that the assessment and treatment plan was explained to her at the time of attendance at OHPCC Minor Injuries.

As an organisation we are committed to consistently show kindness, compassion, professionalism and respect to the patients we care for.

Dear AnneMS,

Thank you for taking the time to share your mothers experience of her recent attendance to OHPCC Minor Injuries Unit. I am glad to hear that your mother was treated with great care, kindness & professionalism and that Columb and the team explained to her clearly what was going to happen. We as a team strive to maintain high standards of care for all our patients.
