Hi had a colonoscopy carried out recently
The care I received was second to none.
I was met by a staff nurse called Gemma. She was so pleasant and reassuring, I was put at ease immediately.
Nurse Specialist Caílin then took my consent. She gave me great eye contact and gave me so much reassurance. She then carried out the procedure, reassuring me throughout. I was then cared for by nurses Rachel and Anita and a student nurse Sophie. They were so kind and professional. I felt completely safe in their hands.
Then I was cared for in recovery by nurses Amy, Roisin and Catherine. They looked after me so so well.
The procedure I was dreading and very anxious about, was made so easy. I was comfortable throughout the complete process.
The whole team is to be commended. Their professionalism, expertise and kindness was exceptional. The trust must be so proud of the team.
