"I am being well respected and looked after"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Cardiology (Ward 4)

(as the patient),

Referred by my GP to the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic, I was initially seen by an amazing Nurse, Anne Marie. Such a thorough assessment and I was followed up by her colleague, I think Sandra. Both exceptional in their knowledge and in reassuring me. The technicians I saw were also lovely, sorry I didn’t catch their names. I’m still under review but feel I am being well respected and looked after. Thank you so much.

Dear Lainey826,

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, Cardiology.

It is a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that Anne Marie and Sandra looked after you so well and made you feel reassured. It is very reassuring when staff show their excellent knowledge and show respect to you.

I would be delighted to share your feedback with Anne Marie, Sandra and the whole team who I am sure will take great pride in hearing your positive comments. I am sure they will get a real boost from this.

I wish you well with your journey.

Kind Regards,

Jenni
