"Efficient service "

About: Chase Farm Hospital

Attended UTC on 10th April around 12.30 for ankle injury. Security, triage nurse, ANP and radiology technician were lovely, kind and efficient especially as I was unable to weight bear and needed crutches/wheel chair. From triage to discharge it took about an hour.

My only "to improve" feedback would be to the receptionist who registered me- she was rude and obnoxious. Happy to give more details to the admin manage.
