"Access to GP service"

This Primary Care service has been taken over since 2nd January 2024. It is staffed by locum staff and there seem to be very few appointments.

I have been suffering from chest infections and cough since beginning of December 2023 and have had two telephone conversations with a locum GP.

However, the cough persists and there is no GP available to see me today. I shall have a contact the Out of Hours service at Craigavon Hospital this evening.

I find this level of service unacceptable and an embarrassment to HSC.

I feel this service is not fit for purpose and I hope the current contractor will be replaced urgently.
