"Inclusion has helped change my life"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Fareham

(as a service user),

I found that Inclusion has helped change my life, I had a supportive home detox.

My key worker is in regular contact.

I find the ACT Group very good, online and in person.

What's available should be easy to access though, I've found more groups are on through other people.

Thank you for your post and sharing your experience

Home Detox and In-patient Detox can be hugely beneficial in overcoming physical dependency, especially when engagement in psychosocial interventions, such as Group Sessions, is accessed to support an individual with overcoming the psychological dependency to a substance. Learning new coping strategies and new ways of thinking to help build recovery resilience is very important.

It's great to her that you have benefited from attending the ACT Group Sessions, as connecting with others with shared experiences is also really beneficial.

We are currently updating our website regarding the information about the Group Interventions we offer, however I will discuss with the team, to see if we can improve how we promote our timetable within the service.

Wishing you well in your recovery journey!
