(as the patient),

I've recently been in hospital as part of my recovery journey. All the staff were very good, excellent even. I can't thank them enough. The only thing I could say that could have been better was that if I ask for something the nurses would say they would be back in a minute and then would forget, but this is totally understandable given how busy they are they are. 

All the nurses the order lays were all excellent I also had visits from the OT and the physios who were also very good.

Thanks ever so much for your feedback about your recent stay on Cottage ward. We are pleased to hear that your recovery journey has been smooth and you were satisfied with the care given by the nursing & therapy team based on the ward. We take on board any comments being shared on this platform & would endeavour to improve our service and patient experience in future. We would share the feedback with the team in our daily brief & team meeting. Thank you for recognising & supporting us, even though its not an excuse most times the nurses may have been called away to another patient that may be the reason that you may have experienced some delay in response from the nurses. please accept our sincere apologies. Once again your feedback is greatly appreciated by the team and I would like to wish you all the very best with full recovery from your recent illness.
