Carly at Skene Medical Westhill has completed most of the childhood vaccinations for all 3 of my children and is such a calming, reassuring, friendly face on what is often a nerve wracking day.
She always makes me feel relaxed and nothing is a bother. She is equally as good with the mums and dad's as she is with the children.
My 3 year old was so distracted by her storytelling she didn't even notice the injections and Carly didn't rush me when I was keen to feed my baby straight after his injections.
I was disappointed not to see Carly on my last appointment - (her cover was lovely) but I automatically felt a little more nervous when it was a new face in the waiting room and realised how much we appreciate Carly and thought she deserved to know how valued she is!
