About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I  recently attended Dermatology @ RCHT to have a punch biopsy.

There were 4 staff in the procedures room to attend to me.

The staff were all very friendly, using their Christian names and explaining their roles at RCHT. The procedure was carried out very professionally and efficiently with all actions being explained to me as it happened.

All in all a very safe and satisfying experience.

My thanks to all present.
