My wife had pain on side, breathing difficulties , had to go to local A&E , the process was faultless from signing my wife in. Then seeing triage nurse , then admitted to AU1 , for further scans & xray, then quickly moved to AU2, only in there a couple of hours , before a bed space became available.
Once in ward 52 , she had further blood tests & scans , found 2 cysts on liver, but not impacting on any other organs, so leaving them alone, had a 4 day stay , the staff were fantastic from doctors , nurses to porters & cleaners , through every department she was in , eventually sent home with pain medication & antibiotics and plenty rest at home
