"Speech therapist was delightful and excellent"

I have been treated over the last few months by Emily in the Speech Therapy Department. She was excellent - not only did she listen well to me when I was trying to explain my problems - she took time to show me exercises I would do myself at home to assist myself. This was followed up by helpful emails of support. Her treatment and encouragement has given me confidence to know that should I fall ill again for a third time - I will get better. Emily is a delightful person show I hope will go far in her career. Whilst staff can be rushed off their feet - she made me feel as though I had all the time in the world and i was her priority. I hope she is valued by her colleagues who are lucky to have her in their team.
