Just in case you didn't guess that was sarcasm. Initial phone consultation lacked any empathy his voice just sounded bored and patronising. Really it seams that they believe that only thick people get depressed. Then I was sent a ridiculously patronising booklet to work through, just what I needed in a crisis homework! I was then sent some links to other organisations and inducted on to a course where some more patronising people played slides over Microsoft teams. Absolute waste of my time and government money, completely unhelpful.
