I was advised to go a&e when I contacted my GP receptionist I thought it was not serious enough. I have never been to daisy hill hospital however I had friend who was there so instead of Craigavon I contacted by phone first daisy hill, who immediately made me an appointment that day at urgent care.
I attended at 2 pm was seen exactly on time, the nurse and doctor there at the time were extremely helpful. The service was first class and so efficient, I now have a letter from the doctor to go back to GP. The issues I’m having are connected to menopause however because of new blood pressure medication and feeling a bit of loss of power in my legs this was the reason for attending a&e. Again the doctor was extremely helpful and also helped clarify some of my questions around around HRT treatment. Fantastic service.
"Phone first was a fantastic service"
