"Stanground Surgery in decline"

I tried to get an appointment for my wife, who has a complex medical condition is is profoundly hard of hearing, but missed out on the available appointments.

I visited to surgery to try and arrange a non-urgent, but important, short physical examination via stethoscope but was told no appointments available over the next 4 days but that if I was concerned to "phone 999".

Sorry, but appointment on-the-day service does not function satisfactorily.

Since Lakeside took ownership, Stanground Surgery has rapidly gone into decline and it's begining to look terminal.

This is a site for reviews and not specific complaints. Why does the bot reject my general observations saying I need to be specific in order to post?

Unfortunately the list of specifics is longer than the allowed space but they do have a common cause.
