We have really enjoyed having Shirley as our health visitor. She is always helping us with any questions we have and giving us lots of useful information.  Shirley has been exceptional, she is very friendly and has bent over backwards for our family. 

Being a first time mum is never easy - but having the reassurance of Shirley only being a phone call away puts us at ease.  We always look forward to our visits with her, and having regular check ins is always a delight.  She really cares about families and she is passionate about ensuring kiddies are in a safe and loving environment.  We were having trouble with our son's sleeping, at 18 months he seemed to be going through a sleep regression and also wouldn't stay in his bed.  She gave us lots of suggestions to help us through and make sure we are all getting sleep.  Her recommendations worked a treat and now our son is back sleeping through the night again.

Thank you very much for providing such positive feedback about the support you have received from the Angus Health Visiting Service.

Feedback from parents is extremely important to the health visiting service as it allows us to hear when our service is working well and meeting the needs of children, families and communities. It also provides us with opportunities to make changes and improvements when this may be required.

I am delighted to hear that the relationship you and your child have with your health visitor Shirley, is very supportive, positive and beneficial.

I hope your son continues to grow and thrive and you all continue to get a good night's sleep.

As you know the health visiting service remains available to all parents with preschool age children even between routine home visits, so I encourage you to keep reaching out to the HV service as and when this is required.
