"Excellent experience at Poole"

This was my second cataract removal but the first with SpaMedica and I am delighted to say that my experience was first class. Everyone was both friendly and professional and everything was explained with patience and kindness at both pre-op and on the day of the operation itself. It is a pity one is discouraged from naming names in this kind of review, because there are a number of people who deserve to be applauded for the skill and sensitivity with which they carried out their roles, from the first greeting and offer of coffee to the final post-op checking and reassurance. I have no hesitation in highly recommending SpaMedica at Poole for anyone requiring cataract removal.
