Dear Gary,

I'm sorry you had an unfortunate experience, i do appreciate your feedback.

At the time you posted this, the pharmacy first pathway was experiencing some challenges which have now been rectified. This should not happen again.

We have also since adopted a total triage pathway. This means that all appointment requests are being screened by a clinician before appointments are allocated. This means that if you need an appointment, you will be directed to the most appropriate service, either at the GP surgery itself or the pharmacy etc.

If you would like to discuss this further, please email: swlicb.adminmayfield@nhs.net and mark for the attention the practice manager.

Many Thanks

Chris Gumble

Practice Manager
