Total knee replacement... all staff involved in my care from the telephone calls to staff in Ward 17 ..pre op and recovery to Ward 9 …everyone working together for the best possible outcome for you …wards were clean and tidy …staff were polite and caring even when it was hectic (and it was at times) ….all going above and beyond …everything explained and staff were genuinely interested in your care …massive well done ..couldn’t have asked for better care …thank you x
