About: Adult Mental Health Psychology / Regional Trauma Network (SHSCT) St Luke's Hospital (Armagh)

(as a service user),

I have been attending on a weekly basis for the past number of months. During that time I have found the people who work there to be extremely professional and courteous. My only observation is that the decor and layout could be more modern. Maybe an improvement could be a designated waiting are with tea, coffee and water and a TV. I wish you all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to give the service your feedback, we appreciate it.

I am glad to hear that you have found the team members welcoming and professional, during the weeks and months you have attended the RTN service. I shall pass this on to the the team members.

Your observations about the décor & layout have been taken onboard and we are aware of this, as others have said similar.

The service is currently in the process of making changes and have recently created a waiting area. Whilst the service has not been able to implement all those suggestions you have made, the team is working on a project to continue to make improvements.

We would be grateful to hear more about what you think of the changes we have made so fa, so that we know we are on the right track.
