(as a service user),

MS Service appointment to take bloods, and talk about how my MS is at the moment. Experiencing a new symptom, which was treated sensitively by a lovely smiling nurse. She made sure I had time to describe the symptom, and advised to tell Neurologist at next appointment. It was a good appointment, I was treated well and she was a really nice person to deal with. There was absolutely nothing bad to say.
