My son was seen by Nicoletta in A&E at SWAH.
She was so kind and caring and as a worried parent I felt listened to, which is amazing compared to previous interactions with other doctors and nurses.

Thank you posting on the care opinion platform, your thoughts following a recent visit to our department.
I am sorry you read about your somewhat negative interactions with Doctors and Nurses in the past, but I hope your faith has been restored after your meeting with Staff Nurse Nicoletta.
I shall personally speak with Nicoletta and ensure she is made aware of how she made you and your son feel after you met her. I am sure she will be delighted and proud, as I am.
Finally I hope this response finds both you and your son well.
