"Unable to get through to early pregnancy assessment unit"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Rang due to an issue. Was on hold number 3 on the queue. A hour later I was 1 in the queue.

I waited for a total of 2 hours and couldn't get through. Just said I was number 1 in the queue. Still not been able to receive care for an issue 4 days later.

I am sorry you have been unable to get through, I have alerted the ward manager. You can attend here at any time or call NHS 111 for medical. You can also contact us directly at pals@lwh.nhs.uk
