About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I was really nervous about having the coil after reading horror stories online, I went to the clinic and told the nurse I was really nervous and she reassured me, when it was time for the coil the nurse and another lovely nurse settled me down and the nurse by my head held my hand through the whole thing whilst having a laugh with me. I was so at ease and in the end I had panicked over nothing! Thank you so much!
