(as a relative),

The care and compassion that the hospital at home team provided to my family member was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond during this time. Everyone that came into the house was lovely and polite and extremely caring. Those of you who i spoke with over the telephone were so caring and understanding.  Well done to the team. Keep up the fantastic work you're doing.
